NeuroDollar helps you pick portfolios that target a return. You can save a resulting portfolio and track performance over time. Everything we suggest is for informational purposes only. We are not an investment advisor and historical performance does not guarantee future performance.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NeuroDollar (the "App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By signing in or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Not investment advice
NeuroDollar is an informational and educational portfolio tool. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the App is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Portfolios are based on historical market data and mathematical models that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use NeuroDollar.
4. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use and for all activity under your NeuroDollar account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Market data
Price and instrument data are provided by third-party market-data vendors and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Data is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use, and may not be redistributed.
6. Your data and content
To provide the Service, NeuroDollar stores the information associated with your account, including your name, email address, the universes you create, and the portfolios and optimization runs you save. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to redistribute market data obtained through the App.
8. Third-party services
NeuroDollar relies on third-party providers to operate, including Google (sign-in), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and market-data vendors such as Twelve Data. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
9. "As is" — no warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroDollar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, for any investment losses, or for any loss of data arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your data at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
